Our journey through life can be filled with a plethora of emotions and experiences ranging from ultimate joy to the depths of despair. How we handle and move through these phases is heavily influenced by the way we saw our parents and family members deal with it. Understanding the impact of the dynamics of our family of origin can bring about clarity and understanding of how we operate and our worldview. Ultimately, this does not have to define us in a negative way.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I will work with you to identify these influences and patterns affecting your current functioning and work alongside you to process.
Availability
We currently only seeing clients through telehealth via Simple Practice in the evenings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please see below for any available appointment times.
